These Blu-Ray disc worked as advertised. I was able to back up large amounts of data, pictures, and High definition video files. Also I use these with my Samsung Blu-Ray writer to produce my family movies. By being able to store these files in there original format, I freed up space on my hard drive and still have the ability to recall any of the material at a later time.

I have purchased these with the intention of burning home movies with the panasonic hd camcorder I purchased along with my LG 12x blu-ray burner. These discs have been reliable, and have not had a problem. Any issues I have had with my blu ray player have been from the burning software that I had used trying out various ones, not the disc itself. Excellent value considering what the market is currently.

Verbatim 97457 25 GB 6x Blu-ray Single Layer Recordable Disc BD-R, 25-Disc Spindle

This is the first time I burn BD-R discs. I am impressed with the quality, maybe it's just the hard coating, but these discs look like the can withstand a lot. Burning speed was autoselected to 10x, even though the discs are rated for 6x (and my burner isn't precisely new!). Everything went smoothly. The spindle has transparent discs at the top and bottom, to protect the 25 BD-R discs.

I purchased the Verbatim Blu-Ray 25 disc spindle to use for backing up thousands of family picture located on my computer and is already backed up to external drives. These are backups to the backups, and is stored off site. Amazon delivered the product in a timely manner and at a very good price. The order process went smoothly. The discs has performed flawlessly so far. I give the Verbatim 97457 25 GB disc spindle 5 stars.
